Our therapists work with you to conceptualise your goals around health, stress management, sport, pain management, personal healing, palliative therapy and pregnancy. We then design a therapeutic experience based on your unique needs.

Because sessions are so unique, we charge per time and not for the specific type of massage therapy used. This allows therapists and client to create a special treatment that may include a variety of modalities.

Getting the most out of your treatment

01 Before

Before

Arrive five minutes early to give yourself time to relax and use the bathroom before your massage, if needed.

02 During

During

Tell your therapist how you're feeling and what you need from the session. This is your time.

03 After

After

Since you may experience detox symptoms after your treatment, drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
